Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement if production has not yet begun.
- Once an order has entered the printing or production stage, it cannot be cancelled due to the custom nature of our products.
- To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at 6291 1615 with your order reference.
Refunds
- As all our products are custom-made and personalized, we are generally unable to offer refunds for change-of-mind or incorrect submissions by the customer.
- Refunds will only be provided under the following conditions:
1) The product was defective or damaged upon delivery.
2) The delivered product does not match the approved specifications (e.g., wrong size, print, material).
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Returns
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 3 business days of receiving your order, with clear photographs and a description of the issue.
- We may request the item be returned for inspection before issuing a replacement or refund. Return instructions will be provided on a case-by-case basis.
- Return shipping costs (if applicable) will be covered by us for defective or incorrect items.
Customer Responsibilities
- Customers are responsible for reviewing all artwork, files, and order details before final approval or upload.
- We are not liable for errors such as typos, low-resolution images, or incorrect file formats provided by the customer.
